Maryanne's Windmill Fritters
1 1/2 cups SR Flour
1 pinch bi carb soda
2 Tbspn. castor sugar
1 Egg
1 cup milk soured with 1 tspn of vinegar
Mix dry ingredients, then add egg, fold in milk a little at a time.
Stir through till all mixed gently.
Add banana slices and mix through.
Drop spoonfuls into pan and cook til brown on both sides.
Serve with maple or golden syrup and butter.
